MSA VILLA

Located in the suburbs of Al Khawaneej in Dubai, this single-family residence is designed to be an escape from the city. A limited material palette & simple geometry allowed for a minimal aesthetic. Recti-linear forms are designed to contrast against the organic landscape. The spatial plan is designed to maximize framed views & segregate private/public spaces. The clean aesthetic is maintained by also concealing engineering services within the architecture
